Accessibility target
The site is designed with WCAG 2.2 Level AA in mind. That is a target and design standard, not a claim that every page, browser, assistive technology, or third-party resource will be free of accessibility problems.
The goal is to make campaign information usable with keyboards, screen readers, magnification, captions, reduced-motion settings, and common mobile accessibility features.
The site is designed with WCAG 2.2 Level AA in mind. That is a target and design standard, not a claim that every page, browser, assistive technology, or third-party resource will be free of accessibility problems.
Primary navigation is intended to be keyboard operable. The site provides visible keyboard focus, a skip-to-content link, semantic page landmarks, descriptive headings, and mobile navigation that can be closed with the Escape key.
Meaningful images should include useful alternative text. Decorative images should not create unnecessary screen-reader noise. Charts should include text labels, values, source information, and enough surrounding explanation to understand the point without relying only on color.
Prerecorded campaign video published through the site's built-in player is intended to include synchronized captions. Important information shown only visually should also be conveyed through spoken audio, captions, a transcript, or another text alternative when needed.
The site does not intentionally autoplay campaign video with sound.
The site respects the browser or operating system's reduced-motion preference. Text and controls are designed to reflow for mobile screens, and primary controls are sized for touch use.
Links to government agencies and other third-party sites are outside this website's control. Their accessibility may differ from this site's accessibility practices.
If a page or feature creates an accessibility barrier, the campaign's public contact information will provide the preferred way to report it once that contact channel is published. Accessibility reports should identify the page, the problem encountered, and, when useful, the browser or assistive technology involved.
WCAG 2.2 includes requirements for keyboard access, visible focus, descriptive headings and labels, captions for prerecorded synchronized media, and other accessibility fundamentals used as design references for this site.
